DOT-affiliated users and members of the public are both invited to register to use and explore the benchmarking platform. If you use a DOT-affiliated email address (e.g. marke@dot.state.al.us), the platform will automatically enroll you with the right agency. If you use a personal email address, you will be prompted to choose which DOT agency to use as your “reference” DOT when using the platform.
